INGREDIENTS Brunswick Stew 4 cups chicken stock 2
cups fresh green lima beans 4
tablespoons shortening (chicken fat is good) 1/4
cup fine bread crumbs 2 tablespoons chopped onion (if desired) |

RECIPE
Soak gelatine in cold water five minutes and add to hot stock. Add other ingredients in order given and cook over a slow fire until vegetables are tender. Add boiling water or stock if too. thick.
