COFFEE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
3 cups flour 1/3 cup shortening
2 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs 1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
RECIPE
Sift dry ingredients together, cut in shortening, add raisins, then the well beaten eggs and milk. Spread in well greased pan and brush top with milk. Sprinkle over this the following mixture:
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 3 tablespoons shortening
Rub all together until crumbly; spread thick on top of cake. Bake at 350 degree
