INGREDIENTS

 

Meringue
 

2 egg whites

1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons water de
6 tablespoons sugar

RECIPE


Add water and baking powder to egg whites and beat until stiff and dry, add two tablespoons of sugar and continue beating, add the remaining sugar and continue beating several minutes. Pile lightly on pie or put through pastry bag in fancy design. Bake at 275 degrees until dried through, about twenty-five minutes
