RECIPE
Cream the shortening and add one-half of the sugar. Add remaining sugar
to unbeaten egg yolks and beat until light. Combine mixtures, add grated
rind and alternate sifted dry ingredients and juice. Fold in beaten egg
whites. Bake in small greased muffin pans at 375 degrees. When baked,
roll in powdered sugar.
