Quick Meat Pie
INGREDIENTS
Quick Meat Pie
2 cups cooked meat (diced or sliced)
1
teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 cups gravy or white sauceSeasoning
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons shortening
1 egg
RECIPE
Put the meat, seasoning and gravy in a baking dish in alternate layers. Make a muffin mixture of the remaining ingredients and pour over the top. Bake in an oven at 400 degrees about 25 minutes.
