Very easy to make chocolate mousse
Ingredients for Two2 oz of dark chocolate
Image Chocolate2 eggs 1 oz of butter 1/2 oz sugar
Melt the chocolate and the butter very delicately at low heat. Always turn with a wooden spoon add the sugar and the egg yolks. Continue stirring for five minutes. Than take the egg whites and whip them until you have a very solid foam. Mix the whites with the cream put everything in nice serving cups and keep in the refrigerator for at least three hours. Decorate with a mint leaf or a coffee bean or and a little biscuit.
