Lemon Linguine
Five minutes lemon linguine recipe
As we are two in the family I had half a package pasta leftover from the pesto. So I used fettucine and not linguini. I looked other websites and they do the recipe differently. I keep it very simple as I learned it at home. For two: one lemon (just the zest) two spoons of melted butter two spoons Parmesan salt pepper.
Grate the lemon over the melted butter. Be careful to grate the outside and not the white. Add Parmesan salt and pepper. Cook the pasta and add it to the sauce. If you like you can add fresh chopped parsley on top, but i really like it very simple and so without. .
