Orange chicken Breast
Five minutes orange chicken breast easy and tasty very simple.
One pound of chicken breast (cut into slices)
Enough flour to cover the slices
Squeeze two oranges and filter the juice with a strainer. Coat the slices with a bit of flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the slices of chicken in one layer and cook one minute on each side at medium high heat. Add the port wine and cook another five minutes at medium heat , then pour over the orange juice, lower the heat, close with a lid and then continue cooking for five minutes. Serve warm
